I thought this was an error message after you `rm -rf /`
But if your curious, it would be something like that, and at the end would
say "Kernel Panic!",

Have you tried to reconfigure cupsys?

i.e. sudo dpkg-reconfigure -plow cupsys

It would ask you to enable snmp protocol for printer sharing.
