I personally have one of theese: http://tinyurl.com/37zn6f and can vouch for 
it's ogg capabilities, as well as muonting as a usb stick for file transfers, 
and yes it does voice recordings. A year ago when I got it, I had to load a 
european firmware on it to have the ogg capability, available from Samsungs 
international website. YMMV now.
