SMS over ISDN

Hi,

I want to send sms messages from and to a Ubuntu (6.06) box through an 
ISDN modem. Can anybody give me a hint, which software I can use for 
that purpose? No in-depth explanation needed, just some hints ...
I have been searching for software already but I'm not sure which is the 
right one to do this (and - if possible - only this) job.
