if not, you can likely convert the rpm to a deb with alien. A commandline line 
like

fakeroot alien -d package_name

should do the job. I've converted a few rpms this way so far with only the odd 
one not quite working. So obviously for this you'll need both alien and 
fakeroot installed if you wish to try
