about anti-spam for enterprise

Thanks guys for all your replies. Just one information: is it possible to 
create a parallel mail server (a secondary MX for example) that handles only 
certain accounts (I don't have three level domains for mail accounts), thus I 
can test the anti-spam settings before making them available to all the 
users?
Any clues?
