Kick the board containing the video card, their design highly infuences
the ghosting and shadow you see on your monitor. And bad designs are
really bad...
Try another system for comparison first. (For this reason I returned a
club3d card to the shop and got a MSI which worked fine, my prevous ATI
never had any problems).
Since this looks mainboard integrated, try to get another one or try a
separate video card.
What sometimes might happen is that the cabling is a problem. Low
quality cables with high frequencies are generally no good. A good cable
can improve display quality significantly.
