Sometimes I agree. They seem to scan for any viri out there and pull em in 
LOL. Hardly a day goes by that I don't have to remove viri, spyware, etc from 
a windows pc. Mind you, I found it's a good place to bring up an alternate os 
like ubuntu from them and set their system to dual boot. After a while they 
stop using windows
