skype on 64 bit

Ubuntu 64 bit won't run 32 bit binaries without a lot of compatibility 
addons.

I found this with Half Life Dedicated Server (HLDS), which refused to 
run.  The way around it is a chroot.  Please look up chroots before 
doing anything though!
