Hmmmm. Does Qtparted have the option to SET the UUID? I've never used that.
I might remake the swap partition, and set it manually to the correct UUID,
or just have it generate a new one, whichever. I would also check it for
errors, are you reading the drives SMART status? Something is fishy, for
sure.
