First, let me say that, if I was in your position, I would try to strongly
discourage them from implementing this "feature." It's generally considered
very bad form, and almost certainly will increase the odds of your mail
getting filtered as spam. That said, I'm assuming you've already tried that
tack, and they have insisted on it.
It looks like AlterMIME[1] will do what you want. It's designed to
automatically add disclaimers to email, but I don't see why it wouldn't work
for images, too. AlterMIME is in the universe repo as altermime. There is a
decent howto[2] available on the net for using it as a postfix filter. It is
also included in the docs for the package.
