appending images at the end of e-mails

Look in your master.conf
You can point out the outgoing to a program of your choice
Perhaps try to change the sendmail_path in your postfix.conf ... have to
check it

If you want to do this you can create a wrapper to smtp who modify on the
fly the outgoing mail
