Xandros and Linspire are screwed when GPLv3 comes out in two weeks.
They won't get the latest changes to GNU, Samba, etc. and soon the
latest GPLv2 programs will have known security vulnerabilities. Their
choices will be fork, back out of the deal, go out of business, or face
a massive lawsuit from the FSF.
