Graphics card reconfiguration

With the optiplex you need to tell the BIOS to use the 8MB window not 
the 1MB one to get higher resolutions.

You may then need to tweak your xorg.conf or do the dpkg-reconfigure 
xserver-xorg after setting this in the bios
