Calendar and appontments without Evolution

The new 0.5 RC of Lightning integrates Evolution info and also will
support sending out meeting notifications. Have a look:

Personally I still prefer the Evolution calendar functions, but hoping
that Lightning will eventually be polished enough to replace Evolution.
