Where does the update manager log distribution upgrades?

That has some interesting information about dependencies, but the
stuff from Synaptic -> File -> History

  Upgraded the following packages:
  file (4.19-1ubuntu2) to 4.19-1ubuntu2.1
  libexif12 (0.6.13-5build1) to 0.6.13-5ubuntu0.1
  ...

is more useful to me.
