Dealing with Switzerland keyboard

Pity you are on the other side of the pond as i have a IBM 2647-5mu 
sitting here with a dead drive it has the US keyboard "maybe better than 
swiss?" and a lot of other usable parts.
 I was just wondering what to do with it as some one gave it to me and 
it was working up until a couple of weeks ago when the drive died so 
other than needing a new hard drive the rest of the laptop should be usable.
