Monitor switch key (Fn+F7) doesn't work

Hi,

I am using a Lenovo 3000 v100 notebook. I have a problem with switching
to external monitor or projector using Fn+F7 (nothing happens). If I
plug an external monitor before startup, it displays but only in the
lowest resolution. This is the only reason for me to use Windows :(
