:-) very easy.
I've been testing on my install & destroy box & like it. At first I set
it to run as 'gksu fslint-gui' but then quickly realized that I could
wipe out some pretty critical files if not careful. For now I have it to
start only as fslint-gui (Applications|System Tools|FSlint) and so far
it's not allowed me to delete anything outside of my home directories
when run in the non-gksu mode. And of course it does ask "Are You
Sure?", so at least it appears to be user responsible.
That said; it's really pretty cool & has allowed me to easily &
graphically find a lot of junk on my system that is left over from my
past 'experiments'.
