KMail Crashing Repeatedly and now Won't Open!

Hi All,
I am running Feisty with Gnome as my default desktop, but use KMail to move
all my old mail to my GMail account.

I highlighted about 200 messages in a folder and hit the Enter key by
mistake...

KMail crashed, and since then I am unable to open - it crashes while
opening...

I have deleted all .index and .ids files in the root mail dir (~/Mail) and
in the subdirectories, especially the one that caused the crash...

No go - same thing.

I really need to access these mails. I don't mind using another GUI
Maildir-enabled mail client, though.
