Click the history tab:
http://ubuntuguide.org/index.php?title=Ubuntu:Feisty&action=history
<http://ubuntuguide.org/index.php?title=Ubuntu:Feisty/BootMenu&action=history>
Shows when anything has been changed.
And:
http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Special:Recentchanges

Also click the Discussion tab:
http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Ubuntu_talk:Feisty

Note that the guide is a wiki (http://www.wiki.org/wiki.cgi?WhatIsWiki),
so it can be edited by registered users. So it would not be unusual to
find changes on a regular basis.
