How do I get LinuxThreads

Hi Everybody,

I have an application that seems to require LinuxThreads to
function properly. However, I think Ubuntu (Feisty) is using
NPTL only.
Can anyone tell me how to get LinuxThreads support installed
in my system so that those old applications still run?
