Change default window manager

Thank you. You misunderstood my question.

/etc/X11/default-display-manager contains path to kdm. kdm is not a window 
manager. kdm is a display manager.

Window manager is KDE, Gnome, fluxbox, IceWM etc.

I want to change the default window manager in Ubuntu, not the display 
manager.
