My bad, I should have mentioned, with Ubuntu, you also have to install
Postfix (Ubuntu being just about the only Linux distro that doesn't
install a local mail server by default) :)
It's probably a good idea for you have a firewall configured as well if
you're not already behind one. Since you are using postfix for local
delivery only, there is no reason for anyone from the Internet to
connect to your port 25.
