what are "friends" (of Ubuntu) for?
We all have been down that road, from time to time!!!
Just so you know, just yesterday I was reinstaling my machine from a
Feisty Herd4 to a Gutsy Tribe 3 (30-07-2007), and got and trivial
error:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm/+bug/129122
Was it not thanks to a friend (www.linuxkafe.com), I would never figured it out.
