ubuntu 7.04, vmware, kernel name

How did you install the headers and vmware?  I installed the server 
using the canonical commercial repository and that way I didn't need to 
handle quite as much of the req problems. I did have to edit the pam 
authorization file for VMWare so I could remotely connect to the 
management console, but at least it was up and running fairly quickly :-)
