Drivers for Ubuntu

Hello,

Good day!

I'm new to this OS since I've used Windows as an Operating System to my PC.
I am planning to install and try it on my PC but I'm just wondering about
the drivers I will be needing.

My system's hardware are as follows:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+, 2.01 GHz
Video: nVidia GeForce 7600 GT
Sound: Realtek HD Audio output
Memory: 2048MB
Connection: NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller

Will I need to download Linux drivers or are there native drivers included
in the Ubuntu OS which can support the hardware for my PC.

Any inputs will be very much appreciated.
