Install LILO

Install XP first if it is not already installed. Then just install Ubuntu. 
During the Ubuntu installation procedure  make sure it will not use the 
entire disk space but resize the XP partition. Ubuntu will use GRUB as 
boot loader, which is (IMHO) superior to LILO.
