What makes Ubuntu so great?

Even though many GNU/Linux distributions and Live CDs were available
when Ubuntu was released, People don't want to waste their time in
downloading the CD images, burning them and etc. At that time Ubuntu
sent the CDs to the person's home/office address who requested it. So
many people started requesting it and got the CDs :-) First they tried
with LiveCD... And now many people ended up with Ubuntu in their box.

This is also one of the reasons why Ubuntu becomes popular and reaches
all the people.
