Changing OOo Language to English

If your OpenOffice looks like mine, the Tools menu should be 3rd from right
Open that, go to the last entry (should be Options)
Once you open that, in the settings tree view on the left, expand the 3rd
one down (should be language), click on the first suboption that comes up,
and that should be the language menu
