Why? It's my professional opinion that more errors are introduced to
servers by admins - either tired or just ignorant - using command line
configuration, than ever occur through a tool like webmin.

Nor should they need to.

Probably not. But the reality is that a huge number of people get thrown in
the deep end. The boss tells them that they've just decided to install a
linux server, and they've been appointed sysadmin. What do you do? If
you've got the time, you read and learn. If not, you get by as well as
possible, and webmin will stop you making the most egregious errors.
