the cheapest computer that i know of that works good with ubuntu (all
the hardware works) is the one im using (Emachines t3516).

The Pros: its cheap, most of teh required hardware is integrated into
the motherboard

the mediocres: a 110 gig hdd (which is good enough for ubuntu, but its
kinda small for big gamers)

the cons: its a celeron proc, has 128mb shared ram, comes with 512mb
ram, and it comes preinstalled with winblows
