Which kernel to use for lots of ram?

Hello,
If I want to install Ubuntu 7.04 on a machine with ram more than 16GB, which 
kernel should I use? Is there any special steps for installing it?
We plan to use the machine for LTSP server with lots of clients opening 
Openoffice.org.
