Exim4 VS Postfix

You shouldn't.  Just install postfix first.  Postfix "Provides:
mail-transport-agent, postfix-tls", and gosa "Depends: exim4 |
mail-transport-agent".

So yes, gosa will install exim4 if there's no other MTA, but if one
already exists it won't.
