setting up a serial network for my old laptops

ok it was a hyperterminal thing. and BTW, to those who may not have been 
reading this message prior, i apologise, i think i hit the wrong email 
message when i went to reply.

anyways, i was asking if the garbled text was normal because now im 
running it in hyperterminal and everythings ok. i had to "reset" 
hyperterminal from its previous settings because thats what was causnig 
the garbled text.

anyways, everythings working A-OK now. thanks for the help
