kvm/qemu exception 13?

i am using the instructions from the following page
to get windows running under kvm/qemu on feisty

i install kvm and qemu
i load the kernel
i set permissions so i can access /dev/kvm

i setup a 40G qemu-img instead of the 6G listed

and i start the kvm process.

as soon as i do i get a
"exception 13 (0)" message
then a core dump

does anyone know what that exceptio means,
and how i could fix the issue and run the windows
installer?
