Not sure why that happens.

But, as to the topic - For some reason, after mounting the flash drive,
cp'ing the file to the dir where it is mounted, and then checking the
contents of the flash drive on my Ubuntu box, the file is there,  but
with 0 bytes.

If I go back to machine 1 and look in the directory where the flash
drive was mounted, I see the file (without the flash drive mounted) and
it is 130Mb.

What am I doing wrong?
