Using Krdc (works much better than gnome-rdp) to a Windows XP running
UltraVNC I can copy both ways. You need to have xclipboard installed and
running on the Ubuntu machine.

However, going the other way (XP UltraVNC to Ubuntu) I cannot. Tried the
same going from UltraVNC on Ubuntu via WINE to the UltraVNC on the XP
machine and it didn't work either.
