While the above statement IS true, it's somewhat unwise to allow root
to ssh into any box. It's not good practice (security wise). Of course,
your mileage may vary.


Read up on rsync and ssh. IIRC, you have many options (some good, some
not so good) on how to access the "other side". If you simply must use
root - consider the use of shared keys.
