cannot get ndiswrapper to work with BCM43xx hardware

don't forget to check out the ndiswrapper website .. try the latest 
version (remove ubuntu's and compile the newest) and also try different 
windows drivers .. there's always one specified in the ndiswrapper site 
wiki that should work.  Also, check the manufacturer's website for other 
versions.
