backup system files

I have installed backuppc in one of my servers and backup folders:

/home
/etc
/var/backup
/var/www

In case my server dies, I would like to be able to make an idetical
ubuntu installation in another pc, restore all the folders, and insert
mysql data to the server.

Which files would I need to reinstall the server? In gentoo it would bé
"world" file, where are all the installed packages.
