Give it a break.  I've worked in user support for years.  Most of what we
get is "wrong information", but it's frequently possible to parse useful
information out of it.  Information is always information, right or wrong. 
Yes the information given addressed the wrong problem, was practically
impossible to follow anyway, and illegal to boot, but to then say it's not
information is just silly.
