grub install help

Dear Sir,

I am a new ubuntu user ,i am using dual boot system with windows xp.now i am
reinstall the windows xp.then there is no grub in my system but the
pattitions are still remains
1) /       15GB
2)swap 512MB

How can i restore my ubuntu
