Random Number Generator and Expectations

Good Day,

I have a really awesome experiment using Linux random number generator.
This may sound crazy, but if I want to produce more 5's, I get more
5's, and any number that I can think of that I want to get more, is
then produced.

I would like to ask for a website that offers a random number
generator, and if I can be able to influence that, it means that
somehow, we can influence remote computers by just wanting things to
happen to it.
