Last time I suggested that people writing F/LOSS software should
consider their users a little more I got flamed to perdition.  I thought
it would be best to focus only on DSL this time.  (But truth be told:
the arrogant contempt that the F/LOSS community holds for end-users is a
problem and it's one that needs to be solved.)
