Configuring Sendmail to use smart host

Thank you for responding.

As Derek pointed out, I don't need the email to actually go anywhere to 
check that email is being sent from PHP.

I've discovered that I can see the emails sent via PHP in the sendmail 
mail spool.

That satisfies my requirements.

By the way, Ryan, my ISP is here in Tokyo. It's Tepco/KDDI. Not sure how 
it would help anything to know, but I thought I'd mention it since you 
asked.
