Drupal <http://drupal.org> is very good. They say its internal design is 
much better and cleaner that that of Joomla. It is very powerful 
out-of-the-box and there are many plugins if you want extended 
functionality. It also integrates well with Gallery2 
<http://gallery.menalto.com/>. I use it and it suits me just fine.
