You're probably expecting that there's a program called
imagemagick; there isn't. Instead there are a lot of little
tools, like 'convert'. So for instance, if you want to
shrink foo.jpg down to 400x600, you can do
convert -resize 400x600 foo.jpg foo_smaller.jpg
