in which category is 'mjpegtools' in the Synaptic Package Manager?

I can do a search and it comes up, but I can't find which category it's in.  
Can anyone tell me in which category is 'mjpegtools' in the Synaptic Package 
Manager?  You would think that it would be in Graphic-universe but it;s not.
