Update xfce

I haven't cheked the archives, but I guess the following is true for
every new release:

(1) Wait until the next release (i guess that feisty will contain 4.4)
(2) Wait for a backport
(3) Look for a third-party repository (maybe announced on the xfce page)
(4) Backport the package yourself/compile it from source

Did I forget anything?
