k9copy crashes when copying menus

Hi,

I use k9copy to back up my dvd's which works great if I just want to
back up the main feature -- I never have any problewms with it.  If
however I want to back up the whole filestructure, then k9copy
invariably fails while generating the menus.  

has anyone seen this behaviour and if so, any suggestions?
